Improvements & Bug Fixes
Improved: Ticket Processing During Brief Service Interruptions
If KorTerra’s internal services or database are briefly unavailable, ticket processing now pauses and resumes automatically once the service returns. Tickets that arrive during the interruption are processed in the order they were received.
Fixed: Cancelled Tickets Keep Their Status When Replaced
When a one call center cancels a ticket and issues its replacement at the same time, the cancelled ticket now keeps its cancelled status. Previously, the cancelled ticket could return to its earlier status and be sent to the mobile again. Completed tickets referenced as a previous ticket also keep their status.
State-Specific Updates
Michigan: KTM now reads MISS DIG 811 dig site areas sent in the newer GML version 3 format, in addition to the current format. Dig site areas continue to display on tickets when MISS DIG 811 moves to the newer format.
Various minor enhancements and bug fixes
Multiple minor improvements to overall performance and reliability, including updates to KorTerra’s build infrastructure and to XML ticket processing configuration for one call centers.
