Release Notes
Improvements & Bug Fixes
New: Condensed Emergency SMS Tag Template
A new Tag notification template, "SMS TAG - Default Condensed SMS Tag - Emergency," keeps emergency text alerts to a single message (160 characters or fewer) for a typical ticket. Select it from the Tags notification template dropdown. Existing Tag notifications keep their current template.
New: Printable Ticket Tag Email Template
A new plain-text Tag email template, "Tag Printable Ticket," shows the ticket's printable text as received from the one call center, without XML markup, so recipients can read the ticket at a glance. Select it from the Tags notification template dropdown.
Note: This template works only when the one call center's XML ticket includes a printable text section.
Improved: Faster Ticket Detail and One Call Audit Reports
The Ticket Detail, Ticket Detail Visit Data, and One Call Audit reports now run much faster on accounts with large ticket volumes. Reports that previously took several minutes can now return in seconds, with identical results.
Improved: Transmit Time for Utility-Forwarded Tickets
Tickets a utility forwards to KorTerra in KorTerra XML format now use the time KorTerra received them as their transmit date and time when the utility's software doesn't supply a send time. Applies to tickets received after the release.
State-Specific Updates
Alberta, British Columbia, and Manitoba: These provinces are moving to permanent time and will not fall back one hour on November 1, 2026. KTM handles ticket dates and times from these provinces correctly across the change.
BOSS811: Positive responses sent to BOSS811 can now include attachments, such as locator field photos. Contact Support to enable.
Louisiana: Fixed an issue where LA811 tickets could fail to send to a member's web service when the GPS coordinates in the ticket's Location text ended a sentence. Coordinates are now read correctly, and these tickets send normally.
Wyoming: Completions posted through the KorTerra Public API using the one call center's full ticket number, including the revision suffix, now match the ticket instead of being rejected.
Various minor enhancements and bug fixes
Multiple minor improvements to overall performance and reliability, including expanded configuration change history to help our Support team troubleshoot account setting changes, and updates to XML ticket processing for one call centers across the U.S. and Canada.
