Map Search: Select Multiple Tickets with a Lasso

You can now draw a freehand loop around a group of ticket pins on Map Search to select them all at once, instead of clicking each one individually. The lasso adds to whatever you've already selected, so it works right alongside your existing checkbox, shift-click, and popup selection methods. Tickets you don't have permission to complete are dimmed and automatically left out of your selection.

New Option: Save In-App Photos to Your Device

Accounts can now turn on a setting that automatically saves photos taken in the app to your device as a backup, so a captured photo isn't lost if it doesn't make it to the server right away. This setting is off by default and only changes behavior for accounts that turn it on — reach out to support if you'd like it enabled.

Fixed: Tickets Incorrectly Marked as Updated

Fixed an issue where a ticket could be automatically marked as "updated" — blocking field completion — even when your account's "ignore updates" setting was turned on. This happened specifically when a cancellation ticket referenced an older ticket that had already been sent to a mobile device.
