Pennsylvania: New Positive Response REST API
To support Pennsylvania 811's required technology update, KTM now utilizes the new Positive Response REST API. As part of this release, all Pennsylvania customers will be transitioned to the new integration to ensure uninterrupted positive response processing ahead of the July 31 compliance deadline.
Benefits:
Ensures compliance with Pennsylvania 811's new requirements.
Provides a seamless transition with no interruption to positive response processing.
Positions customers to continue submitting responses without service disruption.
Kansas: Support for Multiple Member Codes in BOSS XML Tickets
KTM now supports processing multiple member codes received within Kansas BOSS XML tickets. This enhancement ensures all applicable member codes are captured during ticket processing, improving ticket accuracy and helping ensure all affected facilities are included when BOSS sends multiple member codes on a ticket.

Improves the accuracy of ticket processing.
Ensures all applicable member codes are recognized.
Reduces the risk of facilities being unintentionally excluded from a locate request.
Indiana: BOSS City Mapping Correction
We corrected a mapping issue affecting Indiana tickets received via BOSS to ensure the correct city information is captured during ticket processing.

Improves the accuracy of city information on imported tickets.
Supports more accurate ticket routing and geocoding.
Reduces the potential for issues caused by incorrect city mapping.
