Release Notes
811 Call Center Updates
Washington (WA811)
Washington One Call is updating their ticket format, including new field placement for caller and excavator information and two new equipment types: concrete saw and slab cutter. We've updated KTM to support these changes, so your Washington tickets keep processing without interruption.
Virginia (VA811)
Ticket numbers issued by Virginia 811 repeat on a ten-year cycle. KTM now recognizes a new ticket that shares a number with one from a decade ago as its own independent ticket, rather than treating it as an update to the old one.
Colorado (CO811)
The same ticket numbering fix now applies to Colorado 811. A new ticket sharing a number with one issued ten years earlier is processed as a new ticket, not a correction to the old one.
Improvements & Bug Fixes
Various minor enhancements and bug fixes
Fixed an issue where longer locate remarks could be cut short before reaching the one-call center, so contractors now receive complete safety and encroachment instructions.
Fixed an issue where adding a photo to a ticket after its response had already been sent could trigger a duplicate response.
Multiple minor improvements to the overall performance and user experience.
