Ticket Management

Improved Member Visibility on Ticket Details

The Ticket Details page now displays the member codes and descriptions associated with a locate request. This information appears at the top of the page for quick reference and provides consistency with how received members are displayed in the Field app.

This enhancement helps users quickly identify which members are associated with a ticket without searching through additional ticket details.

Easier Zone Selection in Map-Based Routing

Users working with Map-Based Routing can now select a zone directly by clicking its polygon on the map while viewing all zones.

This enhancement makes it faster and easier to locate and select the desired zone, particularly when managing a large number of zones.

811 Call Center Updates

Ohio Ticket Format Update

KorTerra Ticket Management has been updated to support additional contact information provided on Ohio 811 tickets.

The update includes support for phone extension information for callers and on-site contacts. These changes help ensure that available contact information from the Ohio 811 ticket is captured and available within KorTerra.

Montana Ticket Exchange Enhancement

KorTerra has enhanced support for exchanging Montana XML tickets between KorTerra customers.

This update enables tickets to be transferred directly between KorTerra customers, improving ticket exchange workflows and reducing the need for additional processing.

Improved ArcGIS Online Map Performance

We improved how KorTerra loads ArcGIS Online overlay layers containing multiple sub-layers.

Instead of loading each sub-layer individually, KorTerra now retrieves the information more efficiently. This change can significantly improve map loading performance for maps containing many ArcGIS Online sub-layers and helps reduce browser performance issues.

Improved ArcGIS Online Map Reliability

We enhanced how KorTerra handles icons, symbols, and layer information received from ArcGIS Online services.

These improvements provide greater tolerance for unsupported or unexpected information from individual map layers, helping prevent an issue with one layer from affecting other map content. The result is a more reliable mapping experience when working with ArcGIS Online services.
