Michigan MissDig 811 New Positive Response Code “005 – Ongoing Coordination” and New “DSPT” Ticket Status

Effective May 21, 2026

Added support for Michigan’s new positive response code “005 – Ongoing Coordination” and the new dispute ticket status “DSPT.” These updates ensure customers can continue processing and tracking Project 180-Day tickets without interruption once the MissDig811 changes become active.

South Carolina 811 XML Ticket, Plain Text Ticket & Audit Changes

Effective May 22, 2026

Updated South Carolina 811 XML and plain-text ticket parsing as well as plain text audit parsing to support new meet/large project-related fields, renamed functions (such as Update → Extension), and removed obsolete fields. These changes ensure continued successful ticket ingestion following the South Carolina 811 updates.

Kansas 811 XML Ticket & Plain Text Ticket Format Changes

Effective June 1, 2026

Updated Kansas One Call XML and plain text ticket handling to support new required on-site contact fields and new expiration date information. These changes ensure uninterrupted ticket ingestion after the June 1 implementation date.

Missouri 811 New Positive Response Codes for Dig Up (Damage) Tickets

Effective June 1, 2026

Added support for new Missouri “dig up” status response codes 20–23. These new codes allow locators to send damage update responses and when Missouri 811 introduces the new options on June 1.
