Release Notes
Enhancements
Improved Attachment Sharing Between KorTerra Customer Systems
Attachments can now be shared between KTM systems even when ticket numbers contain different prefixes or suffixes. This ensures all associated files are accessible across systems without the need for customer tickets to have matching prefix and suffix.
Email Deliverability Improvements
Enhancements have been made to outgoing emails to improve deliverability and compliance with Gmail and Yahoo requirements. Emails now include unsubscribe headers, reducing the likelihood of messages being flagged as spam.
State-Specific Updates
Michigan (MI)
Michigan Irth Plain Text Ticket Intake
Support has been added for Michigan plain-text tickets received via Irth. KorTerra customers can now receive and process tickets sent from Irth in Michigan, improving coverage and intake reliability.
Washington (WA)
Positive Response Updates – Attachment URLs
Positive responses can now include the most recent contractor-provided attachment URL. This allows call center users to directly access attachments from within their portal, improving visibility and efficiency.
Maryland (MD)
Miss Utility – Ticket Data Parsing Fix
Resolved an issue where permit numbers and map links were not being captured correctly. These details are now properly parsed and displayed on incoming tickets.
Florida (FL)
Sunshine 811 – Map Hyperlink Fix
Fixed an issue where map hyperlinks were not clickable in the One Call Format view. Users can now open map links directly from Florida XML tickets as expected.
Improvements & Bug Fixes
Ticket Routing Accuracy Improvement
Fixed an issue where names containing apostrophes (e.g., “Elliott’s”) could cause routing mismatches. Ticket routing now correctly handles these cases, improving accuracy for affected customers.
Plotted Photo Map Interaction Fix
Resolved an issue where plotted photo points on the map could not be selected. Users can once again click photo points to view thumbnails and download the correct attachments for each location.
Minor Improvements & Bug Fixes
Various minor enhancements and bug fixes to improve the overall system security, performance and user experience.
