View Previous Ticket Versions in One Call Format

Users can now view previous versions of tickets directly within the One Call Format. This includes:

This enhancement ensures all historical ticket details and member-specific links are easily accessible, reducing the risk of missing critical information when multiple versions of a ticket are received.

Display XML Tickets in One Call Format View

XML tickets are now fully supported in the One Call Format view on the Ticket Details page.

• Users can view the complete XML content received from the call center

• Applies regardless of the original ticket format

Previously, only plain text tickets were available in this view. This update provides greater visibility into call center ticket data for troubleshooting and validation.

Fixes & Improvements

Incident Management – Canadian Province Support

Canadian provinces are now available in the State/Province dropdown within Incident Management.

This resolves issues for Canadian customers and ensures accurate incident reporting.

OH 811 Tickets – “Done For” Field Display

The “Done For” field now correctly displays data from OH 811 XML tickets in the KorTerra Plain format.

• Improves clarity and completeness of ticket information

Burlington Northern Railroad tickets received via Irth – Correct State Handling

Burlington Northern Railroad tickets now correctly:

• Save the state listed on the ticket

• Display the state in the system
