Ohio 811 – Center Logix Transition

We’ve completed system updates to support Ohio 811’s transition to the new Center Logix platform.
XML Ticket Intake
KorTerra now supports receiving and processing Ohio 811 XML tickets from the Center Logix system, ensuring uninterrupted ticket delivery and processing for Ohio customers.
Ticket Priority Mapping
Ticket priority values from the Center Logix system are mapped and displayed in KTM. This ensures emergency and routine tickets are identified and handled appropriately.
Positive Response Support
We’ve updated system configurations to support sending Positive Response messages to the new Center Logix system, ensuring successful and compliant responses.
XML Audit Files
KTM now supports receiving and processing XML audit files from Ohio’s Center Logix platform.
New Jersey 811 - Ticket Talk & Ticket Format Updates
Effective: February 28, 2026
KorTerra now supports New Jersey’s new Ticket Talk feature and related ticket format updates.
Users can view the latest Ticket Talk conversation message directly within KTM, and a link is provided to view the full conversation message history via the call center’s software.
Updates to ticket fields and new ticket types are fully supported.
Wyoming 811 – Ticket Format Updates
Plain Text Ticket Changes
We’ve updated plain text ticket processing to support new revision numbers. Ticket numbers now display correctly, and ticket splitting functions properly for all Wyoming customers.
XML Ticket Changes
We’ve also updated XML ticket processing to support the same revision number changes, ensuring consistent ticket number display and ticket splitting functionality.
Before You Dig Partners (AB, BC, MB, SK) – XML Ticket Updates
We’ve updated XML ticket processing for Before You Dig Partners (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan) to support new revision numbers.
These updates ensure ticket numbers display correctly and ticket splitting continues to function as expected.
Delaware 811 – Discrepancy Ticket Processing Fix
We resolved an issue where certain Delaware DISCREPANCY tickets were not processing correctly when they included a “Dispute/Discrepancy Comments” section. These tickets are now received and parsed successfully.
Colorado 811 – Response Code Validation Update
We updated validation rules for Colorado response code 018.
Response code 018 is now limited to:
Engineering tickets
Subsurface Utility Engineering tickets
This prevents submission errors and ensures compliance with Colorado 811 requirements.
Minor Improvements & Bug Fixes
Various minor enhancements and bug fixes to improve the overall system security, performance and user experience.
