Delaware Plain Text Ticket Talk Support - February 10, 2026
KTM now supports the new Ticket Talk feature that One Call Concepts is introducing in Delaware, allowing users to see conversation messages added to tickets and providing a member specific URL to review full conversation history or post messages via the call center’s platform.
