BC, AB, SK, MB (Before You Dig Partners) XML Ticket Format Changes - February 4, 2026
Updated KTM to support a new unified XML ticket format for the four Canadian provinces under the BYDP call center, ensuring customers continue to receive and process one call tickets without interruption.
Changes include ticket revision numbers, multi–dig site mapping, and new optional fields for SMS opt-in, ticket action reason, and work completed date.
