  1. CO811 Exactix Transition - Plain Text Ticket Format Change

    Updates handling of new plain text ticket format from CO811’s Exactix system, so tickets continue to parse correctly after the most recent Exactix changes.

  2. CO811 Exactix Transition - IRTH Plain Text Ticket Format

    Ensures KorTerra can continue to receive and process plain text tickets from Irth after CO811’s transition to the Exactix system, so ticket workflows remain uninterrupted for customers.

  3. CO811 Exactix Transition - XML Ticket Format Changes

    Adds support for new XML tags in CO811 Exactix tickets, ensuring all ticket details are captured and processed correctly.

  4. NV 811 Positive Response Code Updates

    Fixes parsing errors for JULIE PRS code 50/51 outcome tickets that include a “Cross St” field.

  2. JULIE 811 (IL) Issues with Code 50 Reason Template
    Improves the user experience for JULIE 811 Illinois tickets by fixing phone number entry, date selection, and calendar alignment issues in the Code 50 Reason Template.

  3. KTM Updating Terms of Service does not prompt for Acceptance Screen

    Fixes an issue where users were not prompted to accept new Terms of Service after an update, ensuring compliance and a smoother login experience.

  4. Pinch-to-zoom past configured max zoom crashes mobile browser + Field

    Fixes a crash on mobile devices when users zoom past the maximum allowed level on maps, making the app more stable for field users.

  5. Rapid pinch-to-zoom crashes even within valid zoom range
