Dig Safe North Idaho 811 (formally Kootenai County 811) XML Ticket Format Changes
Kootenai County Utilities Council (KCUC) and Bonner Boundary Utility Coordinating Council (BBUCC) are partnering with One Call Concepts (OCC) to become Dig Safe North Idaho 811 for one call excavation notification center services to all three counties starting January 1, 2026.
Due to this change, the call center is making XML ticket format changes to ensure all three counties have a single ticket format with the information they expect. KorTerra has made changes to support the new XML ticket format for Dig Safe North Idaho 811. Minor Improvements
