Positive Response to JULIE (Illinois 811) Call Center
Beginning on 1/1/2026, Illinois requires positive response back to the call centers. KorTerra now supports positive response back to the JULIE call center allowing customers to begin implementing positive response prior to the required start date of 1/1/2026.
This work also incorporates additional changes that will be introduced by JULIE such as handling the positive response code 50 and code 51 response outcome emails that JULIE will send when the code 50 and 51 requests are accept or declined. Louisiana 811 Plain Text Ticket Format Changes
