Simplify Rule-Based Configuration when Completion Filtering is being used
Rule-based PRS Configuration settings now allow Action Code and Positive Response dropdowns to be visible immediately, making Work Performed optional and reducing the need for triple rule configuration (one rule for each work performed type) which was previously required due to completion screens with completion filtering.
