Enhancements
Improved Attachment Sharing Between KTM Systems
Attachments can now be successfully shared between KTM systems even when ticket numbers contain different prefixes or suffixes. This ensures all associated files are received and accessible across systems without manual intervention.
State-Specific Updates
Washington (WA811)
Updated the list of accepted Positive Response reasons to align with current WA811 requirements, ensuring compliance and consistent processing.
Mississippi (MS811)
Fixed an issue where newer ticket formats were not parsing correctly. All supported formats are now processed without errors.
North Carolina (NC811)
Corrected the display of the “Work To Begin” date and time to accurately reflect ticket data.
Maryland (MD811) & West Virginia (WV811)
Resolved an issue where location data was missing from tickets. This ensures accurate dig site scope information is now available.
Illinois (IL811)
Fixed validation issues for Positive Response submissions, allowing entry of past dates and times where appropriate.
Mapping & GIS Improvements
Accurate Dig Box Rendering
Resolved an issue where dig box features could display incorrectly on maps. Geometry now renders correctly as polygons, improving map accuracy.
Improved Map Marker Functionality
Fixed an issue where certain map layers could prevent marker interaction. Users can now reliably interact with map markers regardless of enabled layers.
Audit & Reporting Enhancements
Expanded Audit Support (Ohio)
KTM now supports receiving and processing plain text audit files from Irth in Ohio.
Audit Date Accuracy Improvements
Resolved issues affecting audit file date accuracy in the following states:
Missouri
Montana
North Carolina
Oregon
Ohio
Audit records now reflect the correct dates, preventing false missing audit reports and improving reporting accuracy.
