New York 811 (Long Island)

Ticket Talk Support & Plain Text Ticket Format Updates
KorTerra now supports New York 811’s new Ticket Talk feature and related ticket format updates.
Users can view the latest Ticket Talk conversation message directly within KTM, and a link is provided to view the full conversation message history via the call center’s software.
Updates to ticket fields and new ticket types are fully supported.
Florida 811
Latitude/Longitude Parsing Fix
Resolved an issue where Florida plain text tickets were not properly reading latitude and longitude data.
What’s Improved:
Location data is now correctly parsed from incoming tickets.
Tickets are accurately routed based on geographic boundaries.
Reduced risk of misrouted tickets due to missing coordinate data.
This fix ensures reliable boundary-based routing and improved ticket accuracy.
Minor Improvements & Bug Fixes
Various minor enhancements and bug fixes to improve the overall system security, performance and user experience.
