KorTerra Field allows you to add contacts to tickets. Contacts are especially helpful for Project tickets.
To add contacts:
- Open the ticket you wish to add the contact(s) to.
- In the top menu of the ticket, select View Contacts. On mobile this option may be located under the three-dot additional menu options icon.
- Click on the Add Contacts
- Enter the appropriate information based upon the contact.
- Click Save. You cannot edit a contact once it has been saved.
To view a contact:
- Open the ticket.
- In the top menu of the ticket, select View Contacts. On mobile this option may be located under the three-dot additional menu options icon.
- Click or tap on the contact to view the contact’s information. You cannot edit a contact once it has been saved.
