Overview
The Ticket Card view coming soon in KorTerra Field 1.16.2 has been redesigned to improve readability and prioritization.
This update reduces visual clutter and enhances visibility of critical information such as priority, due status, and emergency tickets. The new layout is optimized for quick, at-a-glance review, especially in mobile and high-glare environments.

Ticket Card Layout
The Ticket Card displays the following information:

Displays the ticket priority (e.g., Routine, Emergency). |

Clearly emphasized for quick identification. |

Displays the company listed on the ticket. |
Facility Overlap (Dig Site Scope users) |
Displays the square footage overlap between your facilities and the dig site. |
Ticket Number |
Displayed on the right side of the card. |
Renewal Indicator |
Arrow icon indicating a renewal ticket; links to the previous ticket. |
Star Icon |
Marks the ticket as a favorite. |
Complete Option |
Marks the ticket as complete. |
Ticket Actions Menu |
Provides access to ticket operations. |
Chevron Icon |
Opens ticket details. |
Understanding Due Date Status
The Ticket Card uses color and text to clearly communicate urgency.
Standard Due
Displays a “Due” badge
Shows the assigned due date
Due Soon
If a ticket is approaching its due time:
A “DUE SOON” badge appears

The badge color will match your configured Due Date Status settings

The card spine reflects the same configured color
This provides both color and text indicators for clarity.
Late
If a ticket becomes late:
The badge changes to “Late”
The badge turns red
A red spine appears on the card
This ensures late tickets are immediately identifiable.
Emergency Tickets
Emergency tickets receive:
Emergency priority badge
Bold red spine
Additional emphasis through a distinct red border
This visual treatment ensures emergency tickets stand out clearly upon arrival.
Renewal Tickets
Renewal tickets display a small arrow icon next to the ticket number.
Selecting this icon opens the previous ticket for quick reference.
Depending on your organization’s setup, an updated ticket may still be active in the queue. In this case, the following icon will appear. Clicking the icon will open the subsequent ticket.
Collapsed View
The ticket sort card will be enhanced. To drag and drop collapsed view cards, tap (or click) and hold the drag handle on the card.
