If enabled, KorTerra Field allows you to transfer tickets to other work queues (mobiles).
To transfer a ticket:
- On the Ticket Card View or in the Ticket Details, select the Transfer On mobile this option may be located under the three-dot additional menu options icon.
- On the following screen, select the work queue (mobile) you want to transfer the ticket to. Click Transfer. The ticket will no longer be visible in your ticket lists.
