KorTerra Field allows you to set ticket reminders. Ticket reminders are particularly helpful with Project and Meet tickets.
To set a Reminder:
- On the Ticket Card View or in the Ticket Details, select the Reminders On mobile this option may be located under the three-dot additional menu options icon.
- On the following screen, select + Add. Reminders can only be set while the device is online.
- On the Add Reminder screen, enter the following:
- Name (required)
- Reminders Date (required)
- Reminder Time (required)
- Email address (optional). Type in the email address(es) and then press Enter/Return to add them.
- Remarks (required.
- Click Reminders can be edited but not deleted at this time.
All Reminders will appear in the main app header menu under the Calendar icon. The Calendar icon will be badged with a number if a reminder is due.
To manage Reminders from the main header menu:
- Click on the Calendar icon to view reminders across all tickets.
- Reminders that are due will have the option to Snooze. Select the duration you wish to snooze and then click Snooze.
- Click Done if you no longer wish to be reminded about the ticket.
To view and manage individual ticket Reminders:
- On the Ticket Card View or in the Ticket Details, select the Reminders On mobile this option may be located under the three-dot additional menu options icon.
- Select the Reminder you wish to view and/or manage.
Edit the Reminder as needed and click Save or click Done if you no longer wish to be reminded about the ticket.
