Overview
The Map Routing Zones feature allows users to view routing zones directly on map views within KorTerra Ticket Management (www.korterra.net). This feature is available only for users with a Map-Based Routing License and pre-defined Map-Based Zones.
Note: This functionality is not yet available in KorTerra Field.
Prerequisites
Map-Based Routing License
To obtain a license, contact sales@korterra.com.Map-Based Routing Zones
These must be created for your organization.
Important: If no zones are configured or you do not have the required license, the Puzzle icon will not appear on the map.
Availability
Viewing map routing zones is only available on www.korterra.net and is not supported in the KorTerra Field app.
Viewing Map Routing Zones
Step 1: Navigate to a Map View
Open KorTerra Ticket Management (www.korterra.net).

Access any page with a map view, such as:

Map Search Results
Step 2: Activate Map Routing Zones on Maps

On the map, locate the Puzzle icon in the map toolbar.
Tip: If the Puzzle icon is not visible:
Confirm that your organization has created map-based routing zones.
Verify that your account has a Map-Based Routing License.
Click the Puzzle icon to activate map routing zones.
The Puzzle icon will turn green, indicating the feature is active.
The map will display the routing zones overlaid on the current view.
Step 3: Deactivate Map Routing Zones on Maps
To turn off the map routing zones, click the Puzzle icon again.
The Puzzle icon will return to its default state, and the routing zones will no longer display on the map.

The Map Routing Zones feature is available only within KorTerra Ticket Management (http://Korterra.net ).
