Yes. To do this follow the steps listed below.
- Open any ticket to get to the ‘Ticket View’
- Located in the top right-hand corner of the map is a radial button option labeled ‘Display Maps’ Yes or No.
- Click the ‘No’ radial
- Click the ‘Return to Ticket Management’
Note – This setting is saved in a ‘cookie’ on the individual operator's computer. Whenever they login, the system will ‘remember’ this setting choice until it is either changed by the operator or they clear their browser’s cookies.
