Yes. KorWeb supports the ability to add completion records without closing the ticket. This is often desirable when a ticket is going to be completed in stages. If you use the “Partial” button on either completion screen, it will add a completion record but keep the ticket open. At this point, you have the option to change it to a ‘Project’ ticket which will add a hard hat to the ticket list denoting the ticket is a project.
