Yes, KorWeb provides a ‘Reopen’ button which allows you to set the ticket back to the ‘New’ status.
To do this you will first need to:
- Search for the ticket
- Click on the ticket number to open the ‘Ticket View’
- Click on the “Reopen” button.
Once the ticket is reopened, it needs to be reassigned. To assign the ticket to a technician, click the send button.
