KorTerra Field - Clearing a Ticket

If enabled, KorTerra Field allows you to clear a ticket without a completion.

To clear a ticket:

1. Navigate to the Ticket Card View or Ticket Details screen.
2. Select Clear Ticket. KorTerra Field will ask to you confirm that you want to clear the ticket.
   1. Select Clear to clear the ticket.
   2. Select Cancel if you wish to return to the previous screen.
