Overview
Sometimes, a contractor calls you about a ticket you completed. Other times, you want to check how many tickets you completed in a day, or make sure you added attachments.
In Completed Tickets, you can find tickets you completed by ticket number, completion date, and address. You can also add information to them, such as attachments or additional completions.
You can only search for tickets completed in your mobile. To search for tickets completed in another mobile, navigate to Preferences and select a different mobile.
Completed ticket search is only available online.
Searching Completed Tickets
To search by ticket number:
- Navigate to the Completed Tickets page.
- In the Ticket Number field, enter all or part of the ticket number.
- Select Enter or Ok.
KorTerra Field returns any ticket whose ticket number contains the numbers you entered.
To search by ticket number, completion date, or address:
- Navigate to the Completed Tickets page.
- Select the Search icon. The Search panel opens.
- Enter one or more search criteria.
- Select Search.
Reviewing Completed Ticket Detail
In Completed Ticket Detail, you can see information about each completed ticket. You can also open notes and review the ticket's completion history.
To view notes:
- Press the ticket number to open Completed Ticket Detail.
- Select Notes. The Notes panel opens.
You cannot add a note to a completed ticket.
To view completion history:
- Press the ticket number to open Completed Ticket Detail.
- In the ticket detail header, press the vertical ellipses.
- Select View Completion History.
You can also open completion history from the ticket card in your search results.
Updating Completed Tickets
To add attachments:
- Press the ticket number to open Completed Ticket Detail.
- Select Attachments.
- Select the Paperclip icon.
- On iOS or Android, select Attach Photos or Attach Files.
- On Windows, select Attach Files.
- Select the attachments you want to add. The attachments processor starts.
- When the attachments are processed, they are queued for sync.
To add a completion:
- Press the ticket number to open Completed Ticket Detail.
- Select Add Completion. You receive a message notifying you the ticket has already been completed.
- Select Ok.
- Toggle on each member code you want to recomplete.
- Fill out the completion form.
- Press Complete or Partial Complete. The completion is queued for syncing.
