User Management: Searching and Filtering

Prerequisites

• You must have an active KorTerra account.

• Ensure you have the necessary system permissions. If the Maintenance option is not visible, contact your KorTerra System Administrator.

Procedure

1. Log In:

   • Log into your korterra.net account.

2. Access Maintenance:

   • Navigate to Maintenance in the left menu.

3. Open User Management:

   • In the Maintenance section, select User.

   • Select User Management.

4. Choose a Filter Option:

   • Decide which filter option you want to use. Available filter options include:

     • Active

     • Region

     • District

     • Mobile

     • Security Group

   • Click on an option within a filter, and the search results will filter down automatically.

   • Note: Multiple filters can be chosen simultaneously and de-selected at will.

5. Use the Search Option:

   • There are two search options: "Starts with" and "Contains".

     • Starts with: Enter a starting character or characters in the search field. The application will display users whose names or data fields begin with the characters you entered.

     • Contains: Enter any part of a user's name or data in the search field. The application will display users whose names or data fields contain the text you entered, regardless of where it appears within the data.

6. Review Search Results:

   • The application will display a list of users that match your search criteria, including both filter and search criteria.
