To reset your password:
- On the KorTerra Field login page in which you enter your username/email and password (after you enter your customers ID), select Reset Password. You will be redirected to a browser and to KorTerra’s reset password process.
- Enter your Username.
- A Recovery Code will be sent to your email address provided in KorTerra. If you did not receive the email, select Didn’t receive an email? Resend link at the bottom of the page. If you continue to have issues, please contact KorTerra Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or 952-522-5225.
4. Fill in the Recovery Code, Enter New Password, and Verify New Password fields. Select Save. Your password has now been reset. Return to KorTerra Field to login. Resetting your password will also change your password for korterra.net.
