KorTerra Field allows you to review all ticket data provided by the One Call Center (OCC). In addition, the selected ticket appears on the map provided in the Ticket Details view. See the Map Tools and Options section for additional details. The Ticket Details view allow you to perform the following actions:
- Complete a ticket
- Add attachments
- Favorite/star the ticket. See Ticket Filter/Search section for additional information.
- View the ticket on a map. When selected, the ticket will appear with an enhanced border.
- Clear the ticket (if enabled)*
- View/add reminders (if enabled)*
- Transfer the ticket (if enabled)*
- View/add contacts*
- View completion history*
- View/add notes*
- Navigate to the ticket’s location via your default map application.*
*Depending upon the device, options might be placed in the three-dot additional options menu on the ticket menu header.
