Instructions:
To view the location of photos associated with a ticket:
- Navigate to KorTerra.net and open a ticket with photo attachments.
- In the map pane, select the camera icon. The icon will turn green, indicating that the photos have been plotted.
Note: The map pane will display a banner indicating the number of attachments (photos) plotted. Attachment and photo without latitude and longitude coordinates will not be plotted. In addition, the plot selection (on/off) does not persist on refresh and/or new ticket page load and must be re-selected to activate the photo location viewing feature.
- When activated, photo locations will display as map pins with green outlines with either grey or black centers.
- If multiple photos are plotted at the same or very close locations, a single map pin will display. A pin with a black center indicates multiple photos.
- To view the photos associated with a map pin, click the pin. A pop-up will appear, displaying the thumbnail and basic information about the photo(s). Click the photo to view a larger version or click the download icon to download the image.
- If multiple photos are associated with a map pin, each photo will display in the pop-up. Scroll down in the pop-up to view additional photos.
- To stop viewing the photos on the map, click the camera icon again to turn off photo location viewing.
