New User Management: Bulk User Import Now Available

We are pleased to announce that bulk updates within user management are now available! Whether you need to create multiple users simultaneously, update usernames in bulk, or import additional information like employee IDs, we are here to assist.

How to Perform a Bulk User Import:

1. Contact Support:
   Email KorTerra Support at support@korterra.com to request assistance with a bulk user import.

2. Receive the CSV Template:
   A team member will provide you with a CSV file containing all your current users and relevant details for updating.

3. Update the CSV:
   Make the necessary updates and additions to the CSV file.

4. Submit the CSV to Support:
   Send the updated CSV back to KorTerra Support for validation. We'll confirm that all the information is formatted correctly.

5. Coordinate Import Timing:
   Our team will work with you to schedule the bulk import at a convenient time.

6. Relax:
   Enjoy the time saved from avoiding manual updates!
