You must have an active KorTerra account.
Ensure you have the necessary system permissions. If you do not see the Maintenance option, contact your KorTerra System Administrator.
Log into your KorTerra.net account.
Navigate to the Maintenance option in the left menu.
Open User Management:
In the Maintenance section, select User.
Select User Management.
Locate the User:
Search for the user whose profile you wish to update.
Click the Edit User button located on the left-hand side of the user's details.
Edit User Details:
A slide-out window will appear for editing the user's details.
Please note: If you are editing a Shared User, some fields may not be editable.
Make any necessary changes to the user’s profile.
Ensure the following required fields are correctly filled:
Username: User’s email address.
First Name: User’s first name.
Last Name: User’s last name.
KorTerra Display Name/Operator ID: A unique identifier for the user.
Security Group: The user must be assigned to at least one appropriate security group.
Region: Specify the user’s region.
District: Specify the user’s district.
Once all the required fields are filled and any other necessary edits are made, click "Save".
After saving, you will be returned to the Users Grid.
Inform the user about the changes made to their profile, especially if these changes affect their access or usage of the system.
