Prerequisites

You must have an active KorTerra account.

Ensure you have the necessary system permissions. If you do not see the Maintenance option, contact your KorTerra System Administrator.
Procedure

Log In:

Start by logging into your korterra.net account.

Access Maintenance:

Navigate to the Maintenance option in the left menu.

Open User Management:
-
Select User
-
Select User Management.
-

Initiate User Creation:
-
Click on the +Add button to begin adding a new user.

Enter User Details:
-
A slide-out window will appear for user detail entry.

Fill in all required fields:

Username: Enter the user’s email address.
-
One-Time Password: Set a temporary password for initial login.
-
One-Time Password Confirmation: Confirm the temporary password.

First Name: Enter the user’s first name.
-
Last Name: Enter the user’s last name.

KorTerra Display Name/Operator ID: Provide a unique identifier for the user.

Security Group: Assign the user to the Everyone group and any other appropriate security group.

Region: Specify the user’s region.
-
District: Specify the user’s district.

Save the New User:

After entering all necessary information, click "Save" to store the new user's details.

Post-Creation Steps

Ensure to inform the user about their account creation and provide them with the one-time password for their initial login.
